Miss Thomas started with the WCKA in March 1996 at the age of 9 under Master Clifton Brown.  Miss Thomas trained with Master Brown for over 5 years and, in that time, won many titles in the junior categories, English, Welsh and British.  After Master Brown's retirement from teaching, Miss Thomas went on to train with 2 other senior WCKA instructors and is now training with Master Nick Clarke.  In the past year, Miss Thomas has become a qualified WAKO referee, qualified in emergency aid, a Level 2 coach and has attended many courses e.g. child protection and teaching courses.
