Although 4-7 year olds will not be able to master our system or defend them selves on the streets, the martial arts are a great activity for them. Those who have studied child development say that these are the most crucial years of development and the martial arts provide a great way to aid a positive development.
 
Youngsters will learn coordination, balance, focus and the importance of exercise.
 
Children at this age have very short attention spans, so classes only run for about 30-45 mins long with each activity lasting 3-5 mins long.
 
Places are limited to 15 children per class so spaces are in short supply.
